Hamburger Corn

Casserole


1-1/2 lb. Lean Ground Beef seasoning to taste
1 med. Onion, chopped
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
4 oz. Sour Cream
1 can Whole Kernel Corn
1 tbsp. diced Pimientos
3 cups Cooked and drained Egg Noodles
4 slices Cubed Bread
1 stick Butter
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Saute onion and beef together adding seasonings. Cook until brown. Add soups, corn, and sour cream to mix. Add the cooked noodles to meat mix. Pour into large casserole dish. Melt butter and add cubed bread. Toss until all pieces are coated in butter, then sprinkle them on top of casserole. Let brown in oven for 15-20 min.
